1. Acceptance of TermsBy accessing or using PrayforDave.com (the “Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

 

2. Purpose of the SitePrayforDave.com is a crowdfunding and support platform created to raise funds for David Johnson’s experimental medical treatment. All donations are voluntary and intended solely for the medical, travel, and related expenses of David Johnson and his family.

 

3. Donations Donations are non-refundable. All contributions are made through third-party payment processors (e.g., Venmo, Stripe, Wix Payments, etc). PrayforDave.com does not store your payment information. We do not guarantee a successful medical outcome. Funds will be used exclusively for David’s treatment and family support as outlined on the Site. Donors will not receive goods, services, or equity in exchange for contributions.

 

4. Use of FundsAll net proceeds will be directed to David Johnson or his designated family representative for medical and related expenses. A general accounting summary may be provided upon request after the campaign concludes.

 

5. PrivacyWe collect only the information necessary to process donations (name, email, payment details via secure third-party processors). Your data will not be sold, rented, or shared beyond what is required to fulfill your donation or comply with law.

 

6. Intellectual PropertyPhotos, text, and media on this Site are used with permission from David Johnson’s family. Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.

 

7. User ConductYou agree not to: Use the Site for unlawful purposes Harass, defame, or impersonate others Interfere with Site functionality

 

8. DisclaimerTHE SITE IS PROVIDED “AS IS.” WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES REGARDING ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR OUTCOMES. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
